Bio Energy is a form of energy therapy based on the body's natural ability to heal itself . It involves manipulating the energies within and outside the body to achieve and through this balance allowing the body the chance to start to heal . Bio Energy is a very common therapy and used to help people suffering from a wide range of ailments both physical and mental health issues

Reflexology

Reflexology is a therapy based on the principle that there are reflex points on the feet relating to all parts of the body and treatment of these points in a specific way can bring about beneficial effects in the areas of the body quiet distant from the feet.

3 week Program

In August 2017 we started a unique and special 3 week program which was the assessment of the benefits of combining different therapies across a set 3 weeks 1 session a week period . Our aim is to arrange the sessions and treatments to be tailor made for the person to produce the best results based on their needs and their own health concerns.
Each treatment is 1.5 hr long and a very limited program only price of 30 euro per session .
